The Haenam Municipal Chapter (head: Myung Chae-gyu) of Jeollanam-do took around 40 council members to Panmunjeom, Security Museum, 3rd tunnel of Dorasan Station, and archaeological site on Ganghwado Island on March 14 and 15 in order to establish the security concept and strengthen unification capabilities.

This unification security field visit was prepared to form council members' perception of unification. In particular, meaningful places of the South-North separation were visited, like the Freedom House inside JSA, the Neutral Nations Supervisory Commission conference center, the Bridge of No Return, the site of the axe murder incident, and the 3rd tunnel.
