The Paraguay Branch (chief: Im Gwang-soo) of the South America Western Chapter (head: Lee Hak-rak) held a unification lecture conference on April 22 at Grand Salon del Yacht Club in Asuncion, the capital city of Paraguay, with the theme “Dilemma on North Korea: The Reality in North Korea and Human Rights Issue” by inviting HRNK Executive Director Greg Scarlatoiu.

HRNK Executive Director Greg Scarlatoiu, who conducted the lecture in Korean for about 90 minutes, emphasized that the food crisis of residents became chronic due to the failure of the economic policy by the Kim regime in North Korea, which created very poor conditions and gave rise to human rights issues.
