The Dalseo Municipal Chapter in Daegu (Head: Ok-yeol Kim) held the ‘Siot’ culture concert at Bonli Children's Park on August 14, 2015 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of independence and to promote patriotism and dedication toward unification. The concert featured multiple concurrent events including quiz contest on unification and NUAC in order to communicate with local residents, create consensus on unification, and increase understanding of NUAC.

Taegeukgi or Korean national flag and unification fans were given to those who downloaded the NUAC webzine or made friend requests on NUAC’s Facebook page in order to build consensus on unification via NUAC. Chairman Ok-yeol Kim and council members waged the "love your country, hang Taegeukgi campaign" ahead of the Independence Day at the Yucheongyo intersection downtown on August 13.
