Changwon Municipal Chapter (Head: Roh Pan-sik) of Gyeongnam inked an agreement with Moscow Municipal Chapter (Head: Kim Won-il) last Dec. 10 at Changwon City Hall to exchange information on promoting national unification activities and carry out exchanges between the two municipal chapters.
