The Suseong-gu Municipal Chapter (head: Shin Chul-beom) of Daegu hosted the “Suseong-gu Female Leader Unification Consensus Symposium” at the Chinese Cuisine Dongbosung on March 7, with around 30 female council members and local female leaders in attendance.

During the symposium on “Our Duty in the Changing Unification Environment,” Ahn Ze-no, researcher of the Institute for National Security Strategy, gave a special lecture. Yoo Jin-yeong, professor at Suseong College, Gwon Soo-ja, director of the Suseong-gu Scholarship Foundation, and Jo Jae-hee, director of Hana Center, exchanged various opinions on unification as representative debaters.

Participating council members shared the consensus that the unification capability must be grown based on the recognition of an increasingly uncertain global atmosphere, and that various activities must be carried out in order to form a consensus on unification in the local communities.
