The National Unification Advisory Council (NUAC) is a constitutional institution established in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea.
The National Unification Advisory Council (NUAC) is a presidential consultative body on the reunification of the Korean peninsula, formulating and implementing policies on democratic and peaceful unification through the consensus of political parties and the public.

The National Unification Advisory Council (NUAC) may be established to advise the President on the formulation of peaceful unification policy.
