  • Namgu Gwangju Municipal Chapter holds charity bazaar for children in North Korea
  • The Namgu Gwangju Municipal Chapter (Head : Cha Eun-yeong) held the 2nd charity bazaar in Obang-ro, Gwangju on October 28, 2012 to provide financial support for children in North Korea.
    The event was participated in by more than 150 families including elementary school students. Approx. 600,000 won was earned through the sale of second-hand goods for children.
    An event for making bazaar signboards was also held to arouse children's interest, with awards presented to good-quality works.
    On the other hand, a chorus contest was held on the theme of unification as an ancillary event, with ten families taking part.
