According to Prof. Cho Kyeong-keun of Kyungsung Univ., the Park Geun-hye’s Government has been promoting the inter-Korean policy for unification continuously with a phased, gradual approach through 3 unification agenda: Korean peninsula’s trust-building process (proposing a principal),”“Unification bonanza theory(forming a unification-friendly atmosphere),” and "Dresden Declaration (materializing the subject).”To spread empathy with the unification agenda, the three agenda should be more closely interconnected and materialized, he stressed.

He also suggested that selecting individual projects considering their realistic possibility and significance in relation to the Dresden Declaration can be efficient in obtaining the broad support and sympathy of international societies; they may include maternal childhood health support, investment in developing social infrastructures and natural resources, and DMZ (de-militarized zone) world peace park.
Committee members recommended the following: △ Hold a unification education forum to set the conditions for integrating public opinions; △ Research on establishing a new concept of national security that can be harmonized with the unification bonanza theory; △ Pursue governance for social unification education, cooperation between the public and private sectors, specialization and characterization of the programs concerned, and comprehensive contents; △ Encourage reflective thinking and fuel interest; △ Designate and operate a school for experiencing national unification;△Hold a conference of college students' think-tank of Northeast Asia △Make an integrated weather forecast of South and North.
