The Incheon Provincial Assembly (vice-chairperson: Heo Hoe-sook) hosted the “17th Convention and 4th Incheon Peaceful Unification Leaders' Workshop” at the Chungnam Anmyeon-do Resom Ocean Castle for 2 days from March 9 to 10, with around 40 people in attendance including secretaries, chiefs of the Youth Standing Committees, chiefs of the Women's Standing Committees, and heads of the Administrative Offices of the Incheon Provincial Assembly and other provincial assemblies.

At the workshop, participants reviewed the unification knowledge they gained while working as council members through ▲unification quiz contest, ▲unification history lecture, and ▲group discussions. They also shared opinions for activating unification activities in the local communities.

In particular, the participants were divided into groups to have in-depth discussion on the operation of provincial assemblies and chapters and the direction of activity for forming unification foundations and consensus at the local communities.
