Jung-gu Municipal Chapter (Head: Han Jae-deuk) of Daejon published and distributed 1000 copies of the 29th edition of "Hanbat Bulletin of Peaceful Unification" to citizens and civic groups in the area last Dec. 18. Said edition describes the national unification activities carried out by the municipal chapter for the year to establish the foundation of national unification in the local community and spread the bond of sympathy toward unification among the people in the region.

The municipal chapter also held the "Beautiful Association with North Korean Refugees" last Dec. 12 at the Wedding Hall of Gyeongbokgung Palace, with 40 North Korean refugees and 110 local residents and council members in attendance.
