Jeonju Municipal Chapter (Head: Song Hyun-man) of Jeonbuk carried out voluntary service for the aged living alone in the region last Nov. 28 by providing them with heating oil and coal briquette to heat their rooms for the winter.  Organized by the standing committee on youth (Chief:  An Byung-woo) of the municipal chapter, the service was participated in by the youth council members and students of Jeonju Vision University.  In addition, a winter kimchi-making event was held jointly with the standing committee on social welfare (Chief: Park Yeong-ja) and standing committee on settlement support (Chief: Kim Bun-ho) of the municipal chapter as well as 30 North Korean refugees living in the city.
