Qingdao Municipal Chapter holds contest for young people’s presentation of thoughts on unification

The Qingdao Municipal Chapter (Head : Lee Seok-jae) held on December 1, 2012 a contest for young people's presentation of thoughts on unification, with more than 120 people attending including Korean students, NUAC council members, and other Koreans in Shandong Province.
In the event held at Qingdao Cheonun School under the theme of "Peaceful Unification and Our Role," the Grand Prize was awarded to Yun Ji-yeon (International Korean School) for her presentation on "Unified Korea Represented at the UN under the name KORMUN." The following ancillary events were held after the main event: contest for the national flag to be used after unification; parody of classroom scene at Azalea School; presentations made in North Korean dialects; unification-related photo exhibits, quiz contest on the terms used in North Korea, and; stage play about a unified Korea.
