  • Jeongseon-gun (Gangwon-do) Municipal Chapter holds workshop designed to make preparations for unification
  • The Jeongseon-gun (Gangwon-do) Municipal Chapter (Head : Song Gye-ho) held on January 29 and 30, 2013 a workshop designed to enhance local residents' and NUAC council members' capabilities for unification at High 1 Resort in Sabuk-eup.
    At the workshop attended by more than 150 NUAC council members and representatives of major social organizations, Professor Oh Kyung-sik of Gangneung-Wonju National University gave a special lecture on the Status of Unified Korea and Preparations for Unification. Afterward, Yang Chang-seok, Head of the South-North Dialogue Headquarters, explained the current relations between the two Koreas and the current situation of the North.
    During the workshop that followed, attendees discussed how to push through with major unification-related programs and invigorate young people's unification-related clubs.
