  • The Busan Provincial Assembly Youth Committee (Chief : Kim Jeom-deok) held on November 1, 2012 a workshop for college students’ Tongil Dongari (Club for Those Wishing for National Unification), with more than 100 young NUAC members and college students attending. At the workshop, Vice-chairperson Kim Tae-won of the Busan Provincial Assembly gave a special lecture on unification. This was followed by a small-group debate on the role of college students in the invigoration of club activities for those wishing for unification. Afterward, an informal meeting was held to build friendship among the attendees.

    At an in-depth debate session on how to carry out unification-related club activities, the attendees agreed to carry out activities such as debate sessions aimed at exchanging opinions on policies concerning unification as well as the North.
