  • The Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly (Vice-chairperson : Baek Seong-gil) held on May 27, 2013 a session of the Peaceful Unification Forum at the Hibis Convention Center in Ansan, with about 220 people attending including forum members and NUAC members.
    During the session presided over by Professor Yu Yeong-ok of Kyonggi University, Professor Park Jeong-hyeon of Dankook University made a presentation on the “Korean Peninsula Trust-Building Process and Prospects for Inter-Korea Relations.” In the debate session that followed, Professor Yang Jeong-hun of the University of Suwon and Director Choi Sang-gwon of the Research Institute for Strategies on North Korea exchanged opinions.
