The Seo-gu Municipal Chapter (Head: Ryoo Chae-hyung) of Busan held an event for the promotion of NUAC and to experience food during times of refuge from war for two days from October 7 at the "Night Trip of Busan, the Capital of Refuge" held at the Provisional Capital Memorial Street.

At this event, the Seo-gu Municipal Chapter of Busan created and distributed NUAC brochures to publicize that NUAC is an institution preparing for peaceful unification and gave out barley cakes and rice balls — which are food during times of refuge — to citizens, reminding them of the difficult times and the value of liberty and peace.

On the other hand, "Night Trip of Busan, the Capital of Refuge" is a night program held in Seo-gu, Busan, the heart of the provisional capital of Korea during the Korean War, for the exploration of architecture and cultural assets of the time, casting the spotlight on the life of the refugees through exhibits, performances, and experiences.
