Around 20 council members of the Gimcheon Municipal Chapter (head: Choi Yong-nam) of Gyeongsangbuk-do visited Wanju-gun in Jeollanam-do on November 23 in order to engage in exchange with the Wanju Municipal Chapter (head: Jeong Wan-chul).

The exchange between the two regions has been going on for 22 years since 1994. They visit their counterparts in turn every year in order to seek harmony of Yeongnam and Honam and to widen the scope of exchange by visiting tourist attractions and exchanging local products.
