The Cheongyang Municipal Chapter (Head: Kang Suk-joong) of Chungcheongnam-do hosted the "2016 College Student Unification Consensus - Unification Era Community Class" at a small theater at the Haoreum Hall of Chungnam State University on October 12.

The community class started with a lecture by invited Chungnam National University professor Cho Nam-in on the topic "The reality and threat of North Korea and the national view of Korea within the world." In the second lecture, instructor and North Korean defector Lee So-yeon vividly described the cultural life in North Korea and her experience in the military for 10 years, explaining why unification is necessary.
