The Atlanta council held a special round table meeting titled the “Possibility of unification of Korean peninsula and its preparation.” Professor Kim Jae-chun from Sogang University and researcher Lee suk from KDI were invited on October 14th at Duluth KTN Broadcast. There were intense discussions on South and North relations after 8.25 Inter-Korean Agreement, Trust-building Process on the Korean Peninsula  and cooperation plan between northeast Asia of president Park’s government, correlation between unification and neighboring countries, economic challenge and profits of unification, and understanding the phrase “Unification Bonanza Theory.”


The two professors gave lectures focusing on “Unification of the Korean Peninsula: Are Reconciliation and Prosperity Possible?” in a discussion conference where the main figures from Georgia attended on October 15th in Commerce Club, Downtown Atlanta.
