The Gyeongnam Municipal Chapter (Vice-chairperson: Seong Jae-kyung) hosted a Panel Discussion on National Unification by College Students in the Gyeongnam and Jeju provinces under the supervision of the Youth Committee(chief: Hwang Yong-ho) last Oct. 2, 3pm at Changwon University.

A total of 150 college students, the Youth Committee chief of the municipal chapters in the two provinces, and vice-chairperson Seong Jae-kyeong attended the discussion.  Prof. Lee Seong-yoon of Tufts Univ. of America delivered his keynote speech on "External Strategy of North Korea and Response by Korea and US," with Jeong Tae-yun (junior at the International Relations Dept. of Changwon Univ.) and Lee Jun-hyeok (junior at the Ethics Education Dept. of Jeju Univ.) presenting their views.

The debate was hosted by Prof. Ko Seong-jun of Jeju Univ., with Lee Nyang-kyu (Changwon Univ.), Kim Dae-seok (Inje Univ.), Kim Hee-chang, and Kim Jeong-hoon (Jeju Univ.) serving as panelists. Prof. Ha Sang-sik of Changwon Univ. gave comments on their presentation and the debate.
