Iksan Municipal Chapter (Head: Kang Ho-hyun) of Jeonbuk held a national unification lecture last Nov. 26 at the auditorium of Iksan Saemaeul Center, with 100 persons in attendance including Kim Yeong-gu, former vice chairperson, Kim Bok-hyun, director of cultural center, local residents, and council members.

Shin Ki-hyun, a political diplomacy professor at Chonbuk National University, gave a lecture on "Inter-Korean Policy of Government 3.0 Era and Unification Movement of the Local Community." On the other hand, Kim Kyung-rim, manager of the Gwangju North Korean Refugee Center, talked about "Understanding the Real Situation of North Korea."
