  • Iksan-si (Jeonbuk-do) Municipal Chapter holds dialogue between young people of the South and the North
  • The Iksan-si (Jeonbuk-do) Municipal Chapter (Head : Kang Ho-hyeon) held on July 17, 2013 a dialogue on unification between young people of the South and the North at Wongwang Girls’ Middle School, with 600 students and teachers attending.
    At the event, Principal Kwak Jong-mun of Hangyeore High School, a school for North Korean refugees, and young North Korean refugees such as Kim Jeong-cheol, Ju Hye-ji, and Choi Su-gyeong described school life in the North as well as the everyday life of North Koreans, the dreams that the defectors would like to accomplish in the South, and the most difficult things that they experienced in the South.
