Council members agreed that advertising virally was critical to the progress in achieving unification of the Korean Peninsula. This means that council members are required to be able to lead discussions on the topic of unification at any time and place with people, and to bring up the issues related to the contents and methods of national unification. For such reasons, various programs to reinforce the ability of the council members are required.
